By accessing or using the VelCraft mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of the application immediately and uninstall the software from your device.

The content provided within VelCraft, including but not limited to imagery, graphics, and software code, is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

3. Prohibited Usage

You agree to use VelCraft only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include:

• Commercial redistribution or resale of any assets.
• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of media content.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the application source code.
• Removal of digital watermarks or branding from the imagery.

4. Service Availability

VelCraft provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

VelCraft shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, or incidental damages to your hardware or software ecosystem.
