At VelCraft, we respect your data and privacy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This process is compliant with global data safety standards and Google Play policies.
Data That Will Be Deleted (நீக்கப்படும் தரவு)
Once your request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:
- Full User Account Profile
- Registered Email Address
- Authentication Credentials
- All App-Related Account Data and Preferences
Data That May Be Retained (தக்கவைக்கப்படக்கூடிய தரவு)
Please note that some data may be retained even after account deletion if it is necessary for legal, security, or compliance purposes. This includes transaction history or billing records required for financial auditing and tax compliance as mandated by law. Such data is stored securely and is never used for marketing purposes.

Send a formal email inquiry to support@velcraft.app
Use the following subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include the registered email address used within the VelCraft application to facilitate identity verification.
Deletion Timeframe (கால அளவு)
Upon receipt of your request and successful verification of your identity, your account and associated data will be permanently purged from our database within 7–14 business days.
